Join us for a musical celebration at Saint Stephen’s! Experience the captivating sounds of the up-and-coming Ivalas Quartet as they showcase their dedication to BIPOC voices in classical music. This talented ensemble, composed of violinists Reuben Kebede and Tiani Butts, violist Aimée McAnulty and cellist Pedro Sánchez, has been making waves in the classical music world since their formation at the University of Michigan in 2017.
Be a part of the journey as the Ivalas Quartet performs works by BIPOC composers such as Jessie Montgomery, Daniel Bernard Roumain, Samuel Coleridge-Taylor, and Eleanor Alberga. With past performances at Carnegie Hall and residencies with renowned musicians and organizations, this is a concert you won’t want to miss!
